Ask before you sign up.

Most prospects would rather ask one question than get on a waitlist. Write to us — pre-purchase fit, integrations, or how the dunning cadence actually runs — and we'll answer in plain English.

Pre-purchase fit

Will this match the way our firm handles invoices?

Bookkeepers, agencies, and in-house operators all run a slightly different version of collections. Tell us how your team currently works — the cadence, who owns what, and the edge cases you handle today — and we will tell you whether Dunwright is a fit before you commit to the waitlist.

Integrations

How does this plug into QuickBooks, Stripe, Slack, and Google Calendar?

QuickBooks Online stays the ledger of record; Dunwright reads it on a short interval and reconciles settled Stripe (and ACH / card-on-file) payments back within seconds. Slack delivers the morning digest and Google Calendar handles the owner handoff. Anything outside that list plugs in via documented webhooks — ask us about a specific connector and we will tell you whether it ships or how to wire it.

How dunning works

What does the cadence look like, and what does a stuck account get?

Day 1–3 is a clean, friendly email with no late-fee language; day 7–10 names the invoice and offers a payment-plan link; day 21–28 shifts weight to SMS, still inside quiet hours; day 45–60 hands the account back with automation paused. Every step logs to the per-customer escalation trail, and STOP / unsubscribe / verbal revocations flow into one cross-channel vault. Read the FAQ for the full cadence, or write to us with a specific scenario.
